Carmen is a dedicated and hardworking member of our team who brings both heart and reliability to everything she does. She has a true talent for transforming any space—taking what’s worn, messy, or overlooked and turning it into something clean, organized, and welcoming.

As an aspiring horsewoman, coach, and equine nutritionist, Carmen is passionate about continuing to grow her knowledge and skills both in and out of the saddle. In her role as an assistant coach, she supports riders with patience and encouragement, helping build confidence every step of the way.

Beyond the barn, Carmen is a loyal friend, a devoted dog lover, and someone you can always count on when you need a hand. We’re proud to have her on our team and excited to see all she continues to accomplish in the equine industry.
